Since 1990 Esse B.M. Srl has been working in mechanical manifacturing industry, realizing products for customers coming from automotive sector, robotics, industrial electronics, industrial automation, wine sector and medical industry.
The company used only traditional milling and turning systems until 1992.
In 1993 the founder members decided to start an innovation path, still active now, moving to a new leading target: “Competiveness and quality”.
That path began simply by enriching the production system with CNC machines, just to offer the best realizing speed and precision for

After 11 year of constant expansion, in 2001 the corporate headquarters moved to a new facility, the current one. Larger and more appropriate than the first one, it’s still now suitable to manage the increasing amount of orders: currently we use 450mq as office space and 1450mq as production area.
In parallel with the moving to the new building, we set up a new Metrological Unit, to ensure and certify ever higher quality standards.
In 2005, in witness of its attention for quality, the Esse B.M. Srl manage to obtain the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certifications.
In 2013 we introduce a new instrument in our Metrological Unit: the CMM Zeiss Contura, supported by the powerful Calypso sotfware, can be still now considered a really significant added value for our company.
Looking for a durable growth and innovation, our company steps up, year on year, its CNC pool, trying to get more advanced and performing tools every time.

The careful company organization let us offer an efficient and precise management of the entire production cycle, starting from the simply technical and commercial consulting to the technical designing,
from the actual production processes to the assembly mounting and final delivery.
The first step in every work is to discuss technical feasibility and estimated costs, as much as possible.
We offer technical and commercial consulting, both at clients’ facilities or at Esse B.M.’s headquarters, where customers can get in touch with the specific characteristics of our production process.
Planning is an essential feature in a production process. It means to realize a project with best results in terms of speed, accuracy and cost- containing. For this reason we offer, together with a clear estimate, a precise schedule about manifacturing phases, in order to finally respect the date of delivery.
We develop customers’ projects basing on their necessities and requested targets, thanks to our technical division.
Anyway, for complex realizations, a selected team of external partners is at our disposal too.
Production features are the main core of our company. Thanks to our selected machine tools, among which 5 axis milling and turning centres rise, we can cope with several kinds of our customers’ needs.
A new piece has been designed and shaped, but now it needs to be tested.
Quality check is maybe the most important step in all the manifacturing process.
For this reason our company owns a full-featured metrological room, where we offer the best measuring instruments, like the CMM Zeiss Contura G2. Visit our QUALITY section to learn more.
If a component is studied for a particular use, it may need a surface treatment. We can’t offer this service, but surely we’re in contact with excellent suppliers. We will entrust your product to them, so we could finally deliver it done and dusted.
If customer’s project doesn’t include a single piece, but an assembly of mechanical parts, we can handle the final mounting operations too.
Entrust both manifacturing and mounting to a single company means to minimise the chances of error and, consequently, late deliveries.
That’s it, customer’s project has been fully realised. One step more: packaging and delivery.
We could adapt those final steps to customer’s needs, realizing special packaging structures and scheduling the delivery date. We are able to handle deliveries by our veichles, but we can also entrust shipments to trusted couriers.
For almost 20 years most of our production has been dedicated to projects coming from automotive sector.
In these years, our company focused on prototypes manifacturing (little and medium series) and on custom parts realization, such as classic and vintage car, custom motorcycles…
Within a field living an interesting growth, we take part in a severl amount of projects, realizing precision mechanical parts composing ever higher sophisticated and high techology robotic systems (industrial or humanoid).
This is the third pillar on which our experience has constantly grown. During last years, we cooperated with several companies from the automation sector, realizing and mounting simple or complex automation systems.
We’ve been cooperating in industrial electronics projects since 90s, when our company was just a start- up.
Today we’re still involved in manifacturings coming from this sector: fixtures, receivers and a large amount of test systems.
In medical sector we’ve been realizing instruments, spare parts and special parts for lab use.
Main projects included a significative study on materials, focusing specifically on their future condition placement and use.
Milling, turning, grinding machines.
Machine tools are the main core of our company and, for us, it’s essential to constantly
invest in innovation to stay efficient and competitive.
For this reason our production department is steadily improving.
Fast and precise, this milling machine offers high-performances aimed at a rapid and efficient manifacturing process. Its maximum stroke is 560mm on X axis, 410mm on Y axis and 460mm on Z axis; its spindle machines up to 10000rpm and its rapid moves nearly reach 36000mm/min. The tool magazine of this milling machine offers 30 places and all the system is controlled by FANUC language.
AgieCharmilles 5 axis solution is one of our best machines.
Powered by Heidenain language system, this machining centre allow us to create even the most complex little and medium dimension parts. Its maximum stroke is 600mm on X axis, 450mm on Y axis and 450mm on Z axis.
Its spindles can reach 20000rpm and its rapid moves are 22000mm/min fast; its tool magazine offers 120 places and the system can manage up to 7 pallets.
This is another important element of our production unit. It’s a turning and milling centre, able to operate on 5 axis in continuous machining. Counter-spindle equipped, its tool magazine counts 76 places and the milling spindle can rotate at 12000rpm. The system is powered by FANUC language and allow us to unify milling and turning processes in order to guarantee extremely precision even in the most complex situations.
We have two NL2500 turning machines, both with 80mm bar capacity. One can be used with his counter-spindle, the other has a tailstock-spindle inside. Both have motor drives Y axis, so they can operate in simply drilling and milling processes without requiring more production steps.
The tool magazine for these machines offers 12 places.
Biggest model in its range, its 700x400x330mm stroke and its extreme speed (only 0.7 seconds for a tool change) make it perfect to work efficently on medium/large components, such as automotive and aerospace projects.
The onboard spindle reaches up to 24000rpm, while rapid moves claim to be an outstanding 54000mm/min.
This machine belongs to the most recent generation of CNC Milling Centres. It allows 5 axis simultaneous working strategies, bringing shorter work cycles, high precision and an efficient production management, thanks to the integrated pallet changing system (MPP).
Its strokes are 630x1100x600 using a compound rotary table.
Our specific machine is also equipped with a 18000rpm spindle and a 120 places tool magazine.
Vertical CNC equipped with movement on linear guides, this machine stands out for its versatility, productivity and ease of use.
Its strokes are 1500x670x625 on a stationary table.
The spindle is ISO40 and reaches 12000rpm, making it suitable for different materials; tool magazine has got 40 slots.
The machine incloses the reliable FANUC control.
5 AXIS vertical machining center equipped with a rotary swivel table, powered by the fast and precise CNC Heidenhain TNC-640.
Its strokes are 750x785x600mm, 240° on A-axis and 360° on C- axis.
The ISO-40 spindle reaches 18000rpm using up to 30kW in potential, allowing full utilization on different materials and mounting tools of various sizes; tool magazine offers 40 slots.
